He told GovExec that OPM is working with agencies to withdraw from a “one-size-fits-all” management approach and shift toward customized frameworks at the enterprise level based on the unique operational needs of each agency.
Katz writes one area the OPM focuses on is performance appraisal and the agency intends to implement governmentwide standards that agencies can tailor based on their requirements.
