Day said in an online presentation that federal customers worry about the kind of support cloud vendors provide when âany kind of problemâ takes place, according to the report.
âI think most of our customers are fairly comfortable that cloud providers are able and quite good at running the day-to-day things,â he said.
âThey do wonder what will happen when something serious goes wrong and how will that relationship work at that point,â Day added.
The magazine also noted a MeriTalk survey that indicates 69 percent of respondent federal technology employees view security as their primary consideration when choosing a cloud vendor.
