The Department of Health and Human Services is requesting information on desktop-as-a-service technology and related virtualization, standardization and security offerings, as HHS plans to implement desktop computing across the agency.
According to a special notice posted Sunday on FedBizOpps.gov, HHS is looking for recommended DaaS approaches, implementation requirements, rollout processes and development of a federal environment for DaaS.
Industry responses to the RFI are expected by July 18.
