National Geospatial Intelligence Agency Director Robert Cardillo has highlighted what he views as the agencyâs top priorities as part of efforts to help build up national security through multidiscipline intelligence, C4ISR & Networks reported Monday.
Cardillo told the publicationâs Barry Rosenberg and Amber Corrin that NGA will focus on mission-talent alignment, geospatial intelligence services and activity-based intelligence in efforts to help protect the nation from future attacks.
He said the NGA wants to assess the application of the agencyâs human resources against its missions such as warfighter support, Corrin reports.
âAt the other end of that constant assessment is the application of the talent; so this is workforce development, career development, education training and assignment,â Cardillo told C4ISR & Networks.
Corrin writes Cardillo wants the new strategies to help intelligence operators predict future events through training, intelligence analysis and connect the intelligence community with the ICITE shared environment.
