DOE to Host Energy Review Public Meeting

Energy DepartmentThe Energy Department will solicit input from stakeholders during an energy review public meeting scheduled to take place Friday.

DOE’s office of energy policy and systems analysis will host the first quadrennial public meeting at the U.S. Capital Visitor’s Center, Congressional Auditorium in Washington, DOE said Tuesday.

Attendants were asked by DOE to submit proposals for energy transmission, storage and distribution infrastructure with a focus on cyber and physical threats, climate and interdependencies.

Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz and John Holdren, assistant to the president for science and technology, will speak at the meeting.
