Previously, McCulloh was the chief scientist at the John Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory; a lecturer with the universityâs Whiting School of Engineering; and an associate professor with the School of Public Health where he lectured on social network interventions. In addition, McCulloh served in the U.S. Army for 20 years.
