The U.S. General Services Administration has launched a beta version of a new contracting forecast tool designed to help small businesses find potential business opportunities with federal agencies.
GSA said Tuesday the Forecast of Contracting Opportunities tool is built to help users access a worldwide contract database sorted by agency, contract award status, location, NAICS code and contract value.
“… [We’re] excited to launch our new automated Small Business Forecast Tool. This tool focuses on acquisition planning, making vendors aware of opportunities early in the acquisition process,” said GSA Administrator Denise Turner Roth.
AÂ beta version of the tool can be tested on the agency’s website.
