The General Services AdministrationÂ has implemented multiple interactive and decisionÂ support tools on itsÂ online portal for federal procurement employees, according to John Felleman, senior innovation specialist for GSA’sÂ Acquisition Gateway.
Felleman wroteÂ in a blog article published Monday thatÂ GSA developed Project Center, Solutions Finder and eBuy Open tools for gateway users to manage acquisition resources, compare governmentwide contract vehicles and access requests for quotes.
TheÂ agency also added the Contractor Awarded Labor Category platform to help other agencies review awarded professional services rates in the Schedule program by labor category, as well asÂ Discovery to aid in agencies’ search for professional services providers,
The site also featuresÂ a TechFAR community of practice and 19 category hallways withÂ tools designedÂ to help acquisition personnel make decisions, according to Felleman.
He noted GSA also updated its Prices Paid Portal, or P3, to include a data visualization tool and newer agency datasets from various purchasing channels.
