RQ-DPR JV received a contract worth $22 million on May 31, 2018, to refurbish the Fleet Training Building N25A at Naval Station Norfolk. The Navy Electronic Commerce Online website acquired this contract via competitive bidding.
The contractor will perform infestation removal, roof, and utility repairs, and building infrastructure updates. The contract also has two options, with the total contract value up to $24.5 million.
RQ-DPR Construction for Hurricane Florence Recovery Package 2, $143.5 Million

RQ-DPR JV has won a $143.5 million contract for the Hurricane Florence Recovery Package 2 Headquarters construction at North Carolina’s Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. The contract also has 45 planned changes and 19 options that, if used, would bring the contract’s total value to $178 million.
With this contract, the contractors will fix the buildings that Hurricane Florence damaged. The building work is split into eight different projects, including the 2nd Marine Division Tank Battalion and Company Headquarters and Armory, Regimental Headquarters, 2nd Marine Division, 1/8 Battalion Headquarters, and other Naval facilities.
Aircraft Paint Complex Design and Construction, $61 Million

RQ-DPR JV won a contract for $61 million worth of contract on March 31, 2020, for Aircraft Paint Complex design and construction. Under this contract, the contractor will design and build an aircraft paint complex, construct new buildings, and provide a new wash rack and a heat-resistant aircraft access ramp.
High bay sections will be similar to current on-site facilities and tailored to meet Fleet Readiness Center Southwest aircraft requirements. The paint building will have four bays that can be divided into eight by retracting panels, whereas the corrosion facility will have two non-divisible bays.
Silver Strand Training Complex Design-bid-build of a Complete Utility Infrastructure, $48 Million

RQ-DPR Construction JV received a $48 million contract on March 30, 2017. The agreement is to design and build an entire infrastructure for utilities at Silver Strand Training Complex-South on Naval Base Coronado. The contractors will provide facilities for electrical, gas, water, stormwater, sanitary sewage, fire protection, communication, and data systems.
Aside from the tasks, the RQ-DPR Construction will also provide sewer lift stations, data systems, fiber optics, and fire storage tanks.
