Who is Christopher Yaw?

 

Christopher Yaw, or Chris among colleagues and close friends, joined Ericsson North America in September 2021 to work as the Chief Solutions Architect until September 2023. He then assumed the role of Vice President of End-to-End Solutions, a position he currently holds.

 

Mr. Yaw draws from his decades of experience in solutions development to influence the successful delivery of products and capabilities. He works with crucial stakeholders and strategically oriented teams to fulfill these deliverables.

 

Christopher Yaw’s extensive experience helped him execute various projects no matter the complexity. Among his accomplishments include deploying technical and financial solutions worth $750 million.

 

For over 20 years of his career, Mr. Yaw focused on implementing broadband cellular technologies to bolster the mission effectiveness of programs in the Department of Defense and other public sector organizations.

Even before joining Northrop Grumman, Mr. Yaw assumed positions that enabled him to develop his know-how in 5G technologies. Below are some of Christopher Yaw’s previous professional experiences:

 

  • Chief Technology Officer at CAS Networks, Inc., from January 1999 to July 2010
  • Director of Engineering at Netcom Africa Limited, from August 2005 to December 2006
  • Program Director at Thales Broadcast & Multimedia, February 2003 to March 2004
  • Director of Engineering at IPWireless, from March 2001 to November 2002
  • Manager of New Technologies at TCI Cable, from 1996 to 1998
  • Member of the Special Operations at the US Army, from September 1988 to September 1995
