ASRC Federal has obtained certification from the International Organization for Standardization for its information technology services.
Company Chief Administrative Officer Liz Malone said in a blog posted Wednesday, “The ISO 20000-1 certification achievement is a critical component of ASRC Federal’s success,” adding that, “The certification integrates the intersections of quality, program and IT service management while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.”
ISO 20000-1, the international standard for IT service management, helps organizations deliver efficiently and effectively managed IT services while maintaining best practices and demonstrating process quality and scalability.
The latest accreditation adds to ASRC Federal’s other ISO certifications, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
