Senture, a leading national contact center service support company, has named Michael Bryant as the company’s new vice president of business development. Bryant, who joined Senture in 2012, will oversee and advance the company’s public sector business development in his new role.
Jim Gayhart, Senture’s senior vice president, lauded the newly appointed executive’s vision and team involvement, calling Bryant “a leader that has the ability to ‘build the bridge as you are walking on it.'"
He brings extensive experience in building, deploying and overseeing multi-site, multi-channel contact center operations for the private sector and government clients to the new role.
Throughout his 20-year career, Bryant has previously held business leadership positions at communications and contact center companies including Vangent, Xerox, Cingular Wireless and Presidium.
