Communities Helping Invest through Property and Improvements Needed for Veterans Act of 2016

The Department of Veterans Affairs has forged an agreement with Omaha, Nebraska-based nonprofit Veterans Ambulatory Center Development Corp. to build an ambulatory care center at Omaha VA Medical Center campus. VA said Wednesday it has
