The White House has released President Donald Trump’s first management agenda across six areas in support of the administration’s “deep-seated transformation†effort, Federal News Radio reported Monday.The Trump administration will release in March specific initiatives across those six areas that include information technology modernization to help increase security and productivity as well as creation of a 21st century data framework to build up transparency and accountability.
Other areas cited in the agenda include workforce development; improvement of clients’ experience with federal services; efforts to build up efficiency in government administrative services; and transition to high-value work.
The Office of Management and Budget and federal agencies will establish agency priority goals and strategic objectives for the next couple of years.
The administration also calls for the federal government to work with Congress to address “modern management challenges.â€
