The General Services Administration has created an open source guide on emerging service-applicable technologies, such as blockchain and artificial intelligence, to support government agencies in their efforts to implement these tools.The U.S. Emerging Citizen Technology Atlas contains cases, reports, program references and resources that resulted from collaborations between the U.S. government and the private sector, GSA said Wednesday.
GSA encourages other agencies to evaluate and contribute to the atlas.
The guide is part of GSA’s Emerging Citizen Technology program that works to bring agencies, companies, civic organizations and public/private partnerships together to support citizen service modernization efforts across the government.
