The General Services Administration will host a training and exhibition event from May 10 to 11 in Huntsville, Alabama.
Hosted by GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service, the event will feature acquisition and training sessions for federal, military and civilian personnel and industry partners, GSA said Tuesday.
“Since we moved away from hosting GSA Expo a few years ago, we’ve consistently heard from federal agencies and our industry partners that the valuable training and collaboration opportunities provided by GSA training events are still very much needed,†said Tom Sharpe, FAS commissioner.
“As the government makes major changes to the federal procurement landscape through category management, GSA is developing new tools and resources to support this community of professionals,†Sharpe added.
Registration to the event is free for all federal attendees.
