GSA Updates Website for Mobile User Experience; Sarah Bryant Comments

digital governmentThe General Services Administration launched an updated online portal Monday in an effort to create a new user experience for mobile visitors and government clients.

“With the focus on mobile users, the refreshed GSA.gov is another step toward anticipating the future needs of our customer agencies to make smarter, more strategic decisions that provide better value to our stakeholders,” Sarah Bryant, director of enterprise web management team at GSA’s office of communications and marketing, said Tuesday.

GSA adopted the U.S. Web Design Standards in order to update the website’s color scheme and layout for top-level and standard web pages as well as introduce a top-menu navigation tool.

The revamped portal also features customer support, news, events and other user engagement tools.
