digital governmentA British digital service agency has said it is examining the feasibility of using “government as a platform” to help businesses and individuals acquire permits or licenses.

The agency polled some people who aim to obtain government permission to do certain activities and found that applicants encounter challenges during the process, according to a July 13 blog post published on the British government’s website.
