ContractSigningThe General Services Administration has released updates to the technical and pricing details of its $50 billion telecommunications strategy, FCW reported Monday.

Mark Rockwell writes GSA posted the new pricing and services details of the Network Services 2020 strategy to the Interact website following a recent public consultation.

Jim Soltys, a GSA contractor who helped develop the request for proposal, said in a recent agency meeting that contractors will be able to add and change offerings in order to sustain cloud and managed services under the Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions contract, according to the report.

FCW reports, that GSA said it would implement an online pricing system that takes its cue from the pricing capability under the Networx and the WITS3 contracts.

The agency added that the EIS pricer for contract line item numbers with pre-negotiated prices in a specific fiscal year would be available to agencies and public users, Rockwell reports.

Contractors will maintain the proposed EIS on their websites and alter the catalogs at their disposal in compliance with EIS contract terms, the report says.
