HHS Health and Human ServicesKevin Thurm, a former deputy secretary of Health and Human Services before joining Citigroup, has returned to HHS as the agency’s senior counselor.

The 25-year public and private sector veteran will work to help the agency develop strategic programs, engage with outside partners and address policy issues in his new position, HHS said Wednesday.
