NIST’s AdvancedManufacturing Technology Consortia Program is open to all private companies, academic institutions and government agencies, the Commerce Department said Wednesday.
Grant awards will range from $250,000 to $500,000 over a two-year period and full applications are due Oct. 31, according to the agency.
NIST will hold webinars on Aug. 7 and 14 at 2 p.m. Eastern Time to provide more information on the AMTech funding program.
The organization awarded $9 million in grants to 19 collaborative R&D technology initiatives in areas such as flexible-electronics production, biomanufacturing and pulp-and-paper making in May.
