The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services plans to award business intelligence technology provider GoodData a three-month contract to analyze data from the agency’s internal social network.
HHS wants to acquire an analytics software that can mine information posted to the department-wide social networking platform Yammer, an Aug. 29 FedBizOpps notice says.
HHS aims for GoodData’s cloud-based technology to track emotion-aware sentiments, historical trends and notifications and drilling.
GoodData is also being sought to discover and customize data, develop a complete and extensible platform and provide HHS administrator capabilities.
