Van Dyck will work to develop a federal mobile strategy while consolidating the number of government agency websites, according to Federal News Radio.
Van Dyck previously worked as director for digital strategy and engagement for the U.S. Agency for International Development, where she handled USAID’s social media and new technologies programs.
Before joining USAID in June 2011, Van Dyck served as director of citizen engagement with the Federal Communications Commission, where she managed the FCC’s customer service approach and website.
